Canada Express Entry 12th Draw In 2016 Issues 764 ITAS

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the official agency which manages the Canada Express Entry Scheme released the results of the 12th Express Entry Draw. With the slight decrease of one point over the previous draw in the Comprehensive Ranking System, 762 PR invitations have been issued to the candidates who secured 483 points.

The Comprehensive Ranking System determines the applicant’s eligibility for permanent residence. Based on age, work experience, skills, educational qualifications, and several other factors, points are assigned, and CRS score is calculated.

The skilled professionals require a valid job offer from the Canadian employer to receive a permanent residence through the Canada Express Entry. The responsive application management system is active throughout the year and prospective applicants can apply anytime by creating the Express Entry Profile.

Canada Express Entry Scheme, the economic immigration program of Federal Canada, has managed to conduct 35 Express Entry Draws. Since the program began in 2015 in January, the Canada Express Scheme issued over 35,000 PR invitations for the selected candidates.

Candidates who receive PR requests will have to apply for the Canada Permanent Residence within 60 days. It does not take much time for the express system to process the applications. According to the annual report of the Canada Express Entry 2015, 80 percent of the visas were granted in just six months.
