Canadian government which is on spree of making changes to its immigration process have now made amendments in the settlement funds for the candidates planning to work and settle in Canada; this applies to the Candidates under the (FSTC) Federal Skilled Trades Class and (FSWC) Federal Skilled Workers class.
Also, the applicants not required to show the settlement funds that get invitations through (CEC) Canadian Experience Class, and for the candidate who has the valid job offer from the Canadian employer.
The settlement funds percentage has increased to one percentage for each family size comparing to the previous regulations, this would affect the candidates and make sure applicants having the adequate funds, these changes applicable from January 27th, 2017.
These funds show as proof to the Canadian government to support his /her family after moving to Canada under PR visa in the initial days.
