Effective from 8 May 2020, some International Experience Canada (I.E.C) visa holders are excluded from the Canadian coronavirus travel limitations.

Only International Experience Canada participants who have a valid offer of a job and a port of introduction entry letter are now capable to come to Canada, as per the information given by Refugees,  Immigration and Citizenship Canada (I.R.C.C), although I.R.C.C advises such people to remain to check its website for the most recent updates.

Canada has considered that anyone arriving in the nation for work during the period of coronavirus pandemic to be an “essential” migrant because all non-essential travels are banned to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
