Canada Immigration - LMIA Exemption To Doctors Willing To Work In Quebec

Immigration ministry of Canada states French-speaking international doctors arriving to work in Quebec underserved regions are excluded from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (L.M.I.A) demands under important benefit rules.
The move is intended to satisfy the demands of the Department of Health and Social Services (MSSS) of Quebec, which has a deficit of French-speaking doctors in the underserved regions.
A program delivery update stated: To satisfy the requirements of the Quebec Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) and to address a deficit of French-speaking doctors in underserved regions, I.R.C.C has authorized to making it simpler to get a
work permit with a LMIA exception below exemption code C10 (notable benefit).
Those appealing from Canada outside qualify for 02-week application processing through the Global Talent Stream, which comes below the Global Skills Strategy.
To qualify, international physicians must:
1) Be selected for an evaluation period or period of adaptation lasting 13 continuous weeks, including an observation week, in an authorized university clinical setting or any different clinical setting chosen by the Collège des Médecins du Québec (CMQ)
OR
2) Have finally obtained a conditional permit declared by the CMQ and valid for a tenure of 5 years are qualified to apply for a work permit below C10.
Doctors with a regular practice permit do not eligible as they are not forced to work in an underserved region.
International physicians eligible below the LMIA exception code C10, provided the below criteria are met:

Finishing application package.

Promise Letter to pick for the appeal for eligibility for a conditional permit from the MSSS describing the notable benefits (the same letter will be utilized for the renewal).

A financial support contract copy with the foreign physician, the health care facility, and the MSSS (work agreement).

The employment offer finished by the CMQ presented through the Employer Portal including the evaluation or adaptation period. The employment offer must clearly place out the period during which the candidate will work for the facility of health care. Health care facilities may allow a period of the job of up to 5 years.

Genuine medical exam.

Payment in full, to be presented at the commencement of the process. Appeals not attended by the full payment will be rejected and returned.
