Canada Startup Companies Want Easy Immigration To Hire Foreign Professionals

Canadian startup companies have raised voice against the rigid system to the foreign talent that helps the Canadian firms fill the gap of skills shortage. Canada is the most vibrant country with rich, diversified culture. Immigrants well integrated into the Canadian way of life. Some rigid rules are creating hindrance to the firms to recruit highly qualified professionals.

Canada Express Entry Scheme, the economic immigration program of Canada, introduced by the previous conservatives, had made the system rigid and bureaucratic, taking more than six months to process an application. The fastest growing tech firms in Canada feel it tough, the labor market impact assessment.

Canada startup leaders are worried about the lack of transparency and delays in the visa processing. To grow rapidly, we need the system that facilitates immigration. Tech-sector mainly requires the international talent, if the system is rigid, then the progress is hindered.

Canada Immigration Minister John McCallum was not available to comment on the issue. But, the department has announced that it is reviewing the Canada Express Entry scheme. Since the formation of new Government in Canada, the immigration procedures are being changed to facilitate the potential immigrants.

All the sectors are of the Canada are hopeful about the Canadian immigration. Canada has eased citizenship laws, family class immigration and mostly creating an environment to accommodate the refugees.
