Canada To Welcome 300 000 Immigrants In 2016

Canada Government has planned big for the immigrants; the comprehensive immigration plan for the year 2016 published on February 8. Apart from economic immigration, the new immigration plan focuses on family reunification and Refugees. The Canada Immigration Minister announced that Canada will accept over 300 000 immigrants in the year 2016. In the modern times of Canada immigration, this is the first time that Canada is welcoming immigrants on the large scale.

The economic immigration in the plan takes a massive share of more than fifty percent of the total immigrants. The plan also figures the significant increase of immigrants, coming to Canada as part of Refugee and family reunification visa programs.

Canada is going to maintain its humanitarian tradition by increasing the number of refugees for 2016. However, this will not disturb the economic immigration programs. Canada believes in potential immigrants who can build Canada in a constructive way and become part of the Canada Society.    

Canada Immigration welcomes economic immigration, which is a long-term economic policy of the Canada Government to make the country a stable economy. The significant move of the Canada also focuses on family unification and where spouses can work in Canada.

Canada’s new Liberal Government has introduced many policies to facilitate immigrants. The Citizenship laws have been eased for the foreign nationals in Canada to attract immigrants into Canada.
