CAP Reached For Computer Programmers And Financial Investment Analysts

As per latest update a total of 1027 applications were received by CIC, as per the latest update. The cap has reached for NOCs 1112 & 2174- Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers. Henceforth CIC will not accept application received under these 2 NOCs. There are 24 Occupations in the Preferred list of Occupation. Under Occupation, 300 applications are being accepted. In addition to this, 1000 application will be accepted under PhD stream. From May 4th, 2013 to April 30th, 2014, a limit of 5,000 applications will be considered for processing. However, there is no limit for the applications received under Arranged Employment category.
