Copenhagen Had 5809 Startups In 2013; 6.2% More Than 2011

Copenhage, the capital city of Denmark had 5,809 new businesses in 2012.

Denmark invites companies to start their business in the country and provides multiple benefits in terms of tax, real estate, infrastructure and other necessities.

With number of startups growing by leap and bounds, the job numbers are also bound to increase. Start-ups were in various fields including IT, design, media and hospitality industry.
