Global Talent Stream - A New Hiring Process For Employers In Canada

It's only been a few weeks since the initialization of Global Talent Search, and the employers of IT/Tech sector in Canada are witnessing the change that would help grow their businesses.
Not only the employees but also the companies liked the perspective of this program which includes the processing of the work permit within two weeks. Also, this would help to fill the vacant position in the company which in turn would help the businesses to reach their required targets.
This Global talent Stream is not a replacement for any already existing work permit. It has been introduced with other visa options.
The Global Talent stream program is smooth regarding working, and it's a quick option for businesses to bring any individual from outside the country. The reports also say that the time required to employ a foreign employee and bring him to the country would be same as appointing a worker from Canada itself. One of the presidents of an IT organisation quoted saying “Getting a qualified resource and that too at a very less time is the great initiative and that would make a company more competitive”.
One of the IT/tech officials also claims that the program should be monitored as it may face certain challenges. Also if the company receives a good growth by hiring a specialist from outside the country, then it would be a very good option for the company. Also, the company can hire a junior resource from Canada itself to train the person under the specialist that has been hired from outside.
There is a huge number of opportunities that have been pouring in because of the program from Canadian Cities and smaller urban centers like Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Waterloo, and Halifax.
