Good News For Indians Who Wish To Holiday In Thailand

Thailand the country which relies heavily on the foreign tourists for its economy has made an announcement which is intended to boost tourist arrivals.

Thailand which provides visa on arrival for their tourist will now issues the visa for half of the original visa fee. The government have announced that they have cut down the fee by 50%, earlier there was an announcement of increase in the visa fee which was 2000 baht on September 27^th 2016, the new fee comes as a surprise as the increase in the fee was announced just two months ago.

“The fee will be cut to Bt 1000,” the Tourism Ministry announced. Thailand currently offers visa on arrivals for the citizens of India, Andorra, Malta, Bulgaria, Bhutan, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, the Maldives, Mauritius, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
