Inspite of the immigration restrictions established Indian restaurants have expanded by investing hundreds of thousands of pounds. In Bradford alone, recent investment of more than 500,000 pounds has created several jobs in Indian restaurants. Ash Khan, a restaurant owner has decided to convert his Paprika take-away business into a restaurant after investing around 120,000 pounds to convert the premises into a 60-seater restaurant.
