Indonesia Is Encouraging More International Tourists From 174 Countries

The most happening in the abroad countries, foreigners move to other nations on tourist visas and start working without the authorization of the government,  still, the government of Indonesia is encouraging the free visa policy despite of these issues.

Minister Yasonna Laoly said; our intention is to intensify the Indonesia's tourism, compare to the neighboring countries in the Southeast Asia. By 2019 free-visa policy is expected to welcome 20 million international tourists.

The data released by the ministry of tourism, the number of foreign tourists to Indonesia in 2015 was 10.4 million, In 2016 it has increased to 10.2 percent.

In 2015 the immigration department introduced the norm that; it permits international visitors from 30 countries to visit and stay in Indonesia for 30 days on a free tourist visa , in the same year it added more 90 countries, again back in 2016 in March the count of the list  increased to 84 more countries ,now the total number of countries allowed by the Indonesia  according to the new norm  are 174
