Job Outlook In Australia Is Going Positive, Especially Finance And Insurance

Good news for overseas skilled individuals who are planning to relocate to Australia. According to the latest report of the province, the employment outlook in Oz has remained positive in 2015 and would be maintaining same or more in 2016. Also, the assumption for the first quarter of the coming year would be more modest, the way it is maintaining from the past three years.

As per the new survey of Manpower Employment Outlook, it was found that many of the firms and job-providers are looking to avoid risks associated with the contract and temporary responsibilities. Of which 7% of are planning to reduce their workforce in the next quarter, many at 76% won’t make any amendments. While, remaining 15% are in a plan of augmenting their headcount.

And for job hunters who are planning to be a part of the nation’s workforce can expect best prospects in the domains of finance, plus services and public administration, insurance and real estate, said the sources.

MD of Manpower Group Australia and New Zealand, Lincoln Crawley noted in a statement that, despite latest positivity recommended by the decreasing rate of unemployment, prospective employers of the province are remaining calm and quite.

Though the figures of October month unemployment count seemed little optimistic than realistic, the local labour market has replied positively for the new amendment in Australian leadership. He further added that the latest economic observations of the province are likely to be more optimistic in the wake of the release of the new numbers.

Also, stated that the country’s hiring response has remained to be pretty optimistic throughout 2015, and this figure would look better in the coming year.

Recruiters usually remain optimistic for a short period, and we have also witnessed that many are looking forward to contract responsibilities to make sure that they are able to move easily to the existing amendments in the market by presenting a steady level of good sense.

Moreover, many recruiters are responding positively to the growing demand for flexibility from skilled workers, according to regional practice leader, Tim Roche.

He further explained that many of the qualified individuals are mainly looking for flexible employment prospects-- whether full-time, part-time, project roles or contract, that support them in managing their work with the outside priorities &interests.

These new portfolio careers have become more popular among the individuals who are in  treadmill for over 30 years and are now present in a financial position to handle on both the paid and unpaid work,” said Roche
