MA Would Increase For Tech Sector In 2013

A recent report suggests that Ireland’s merger and acquisition (M&A) market would see more activities in 2013 than 2012. These activities would be due to the recent focus of Government on supporting tech start-ups.

"The M&A market in Ireland appears to be on the path to recovery and, albeit against a backdrop of continued global economic uncertainties, there is cause to be hopeful of good performance in 2013 across a variety of sectors, particularly technology, pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology,"

Ireland is on the verge of becoming the IT capital of Europe. IT jobs in Ireland require skilled professionals from foreign countries to fill the gap. Ireland is planning to implement an IT Visa for this sector specifically.
