Manitoba EOI Draw: Issues 132 Invitations For Canada PR

Invitations to apply for a Manitoba provincial nomination have been announced to 132 applicants in the Manitoba PNP’s Expression of Interest pool, comprising 7 Express Entry applicants.

The 23 April 2020 draw announced invitations to apply to applicants in Manitoba’s Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education, and Skilled Workers Overseas streams.

The province of Manitoba has announced 1,808 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to immigration applicants in these streams so far in 2020. It was Manitoba PNP’s 88th draw since the program started in April 2014.

Express Entry

Among the LAAs announced in the 23 April 2020 draw, 7 went to applicants with a valid profile in the Express Entry pool.

Those who get a provincial nomination are granted with an additional 600 CRS score points and are adequately secured an invitation to apply from Refugees, Immigration, and Citizenship Canada (I.R.C.C).

Express Entry applicants who got a Manitoba provincial nomination in this Manitoba EOI draw have a valid Express Entry ID and gave a job seeker code for validation.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba

A sum of 93 LAAs went to applicants with an EOI in Manitoba’s Stream of Skilled Workers in Manitoba, which gives a pathway to Canada PR for qualified temporary immigrant workers in the province of Manitoba and foreign graduates from post-secondary educational institutes in Manitoba.

In order to be recognized, applicants must be working in Manitoba and have a permanent and full-time job offer from their organization, among other criteria.

Skilled worker EOIs are assigned a score out of 1,000 points and the highest-ranked are announced with LAAs. The lowest-ranked candidate secured a score of 489 points in this EOI draw.

Skilled Workers Overseas

Another 25 LAAs given to applicants in the Manitoba’s Stream of Skilled Workers Overseas. Applicants for this stream are also ranked as per the Manitoba PNP’s EOI scoring system.

Skilled worker EOIs are assigned a score out of 1,000 points and the highest-ranked are announced with LAAs. The lowest-ranked candidate secured a score of 714 points in this EOI draw.

International Education Stream

Manitoba graduates with particular in-demand abilities may be invited below this Stream.

The Manitoba PNP sent out 14 LAAs to candidates in the International Education Stream in this EOI draw. No EOI minimum required score was given.
