Most Livable Cities In The World Are From Canada And Australia

According to an annual ranking, Canada and Australia have the world's most livable cities.

The Global Livability Ranking of the EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit) placed 8 cities from Canada and Australia in the top 10 list with Vienna and Helsinki the only two European metropolises in the top 10.

The analysis looks at factors such as education, public transportation, crime, pollution, unrest and healthcare from 140 cities.

For healthcare, education and stability, Canadian cities Vancouver and Toronto both received perfect 100-point scores, and for Infrastructure, Melbourne and Vienna were given perfect scores.

As violence has waned, Bogota, Colombia has seen the sharpest rise on the list. Cities in Africa have also climbed the list.
