New Changes In UK Visa

“Change”, is the word which is heard regularly in the visa industry and from past 2 months you can hear this very often, I can say almost every day. The new change comes in front of us in the form of UK student visa which is popularly known UK Tier 4 visas.

The Home office have released a statement which states that the new rules will come into force from 24^th November 2016, this rules will be implemented on the application which are submitted on and after the above mentioned date. The main changes in the statement are as follows:

•          Applications from overstayers will only be accepted within 14 days of leave expiring.
•      The start and end date of bank dates series documents have to be submitted. For any further documentation requests, applicants have to furnish the required documentation within 10 days.
•      Applicant have to include original document from UK NARIC which confirm his completion of education from a majority English speaking country, this have to be produced if the applicant have completed their qualification from UK and the level of education must be Bachelors, Masters or PhD.
•        If a student is applying for a new visa in the UK because they have completed re-sits or repeat teaching, they no longer need to meet the academic progression requirements.  After the 24th November this means that you will not be required to return home to extend your visa, but will be able to apply in the UK after you have completed your repeat teaching.  However, this only applies if you are receiving repeat teaching in the same program. You cannot apply for repeat teaching in a new program.
