31 Jul 2017

This feature would help
Canadian employers to hire the foreign workers through TFWP (temporary Foreign Worker Program). A new rating system is reported to be initialized in which the rating system would match the advertised positions with the
Canada Job Bank registered workers. Candidates would be invited by the employers on the basis of the number of stars received with respect to the position.

The employers through Job match services would be allowed to see multiple profiles that are registered by the job seekers. The profiles with relevant skills and that fulfill the job requirements would be rated under a system of one to five stars. The maximum number of stars received by the applicant the greater would be the compatibility for the position.
As per the reports, not every foreign employees require a LMIA. IMP (International Mobility Program) manages LMIA exempt hiring situations. One of the categories of IMP includes initiatives such as recruitment through NAFTA and intra company transfer program, among others.
Irrespective of the territory or province employers from August 28 would be required to advertise on Job bank and need to conduct two methods of recruitment that are coherent with the occupation.
