New Restricted Certificates Of Sponsorship (RCoS) From March 6th 2013

UKBA is modifying the current codes of practice for skilled employers. The modification would also be applicable to the list of skilled professions. UKBA is planning to adjust the arrangements for restricted certificates of sponsorship (RCoS) in March, April and May 2013.

Visa applicant have to apply with a new application after 5^th April, 2013 as the Standard Occupation classification (SOC) system will be updated with new job list.

April 2013 Allocation of RCoS

UKBA would accept applications for the April month from 6 April to 17 April 2013 and the decision on these would be made on 19 April 2013.

May 2013 Allocation of RCoS

UKBA would accept applications for the May month from 18 April to 5 May 2013 and the decision on these would be made on 13 May 2013.

June 2013 Allocation of RCoS

UKBA would accept applications for the June month from 6 May to 5 June 2013 and the decision on these would be made on 11 June 2013.
