Ontario Express Entry HCP Stream Is Ready To Accept New Applications

The Express Entry HCP stream, of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, has decided to accept new applications. It is an important PNP of Ontario and serves as a great path, to obtain PR Status in the country.

In order to receive Ontario based NOI, and for applying to OINP, the candidate is required to have a profile in the Federal Express Entry System. This stream is popular, and can now serve as a great path to the candidates, who have registered in the Express Entry but had not received the ITA so far.

When a candidate applies for the OINP and is selected for issuing Provincial Nomination Certificate, he/she can receive 600 points, in the Comprehensive Ranking System. Resultantly, they become eligible to get the ITA from IRCC, in a later Express Entry Draw.

The important requirements of this HCP stream are:

·       Candidates must post an Express Entry pool profile, which must be valid,

·       Candidates need to have a valid and an Ontario based NOI, issued to them,

The Other Requirements are:

·       NOIs which have been issued before November 1^st, 2017, hold validity until December 31^st, 2017. All the aspirants need to apply for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal, within six months of receiving it.

·       Notifications of Interest issued after the date of November 1^st , 2017, hold validity until December 31^st, 2017. All the aspirants need to apply for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal, within 45 days of receiving it.

·        All NOIs which have been issued during the year 2017 will not hold any validity after December 31^st , 2017,

ISSUING NOMINATION CERTIFICATE

If the application is selected under the OINP allocation, after the limit for the year 2017 is reached, the Nomination Certificate is likely to be issued, in the first quarter of 2018,

OINP is not authorized to accept the applications if they exceed the federal allotted quota. All the candidates will be issued a notification, when the intake limit, of the year, is reached.

TIMING OF APPLYING
