Ontario To Issue Notifications Of Interest In Express Entry Pool Every Week

The Canadian province of Ontario has announced that it is looking ahead to issue Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to the applicants in the Express Entry pool every week.The Notifications of Interest will be granted under the Human Capital Priorities stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

This Human Capital Priorities stream is allied with the Canada’s Express Entry system. Candidates who have successfully completed their applications and receive Notifications of Interest will be getting 600 added Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points and will be given a preference over the others waiting in the que to get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for PR status in the upcoming draw of the Express Entry.

The province had announced earlier that it is going to issue Notifications of Interest throughout 2017 under Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program; but now it has announced that this will be happening every week.

After receiving an NOI, an applicant has six months’ time to register on the Ontario’s online application system and submit the application. After successful online registration the candidate will have two weeks’ time to submit the application. The applicants have to pay $ 1,500 CAD to the Canadian Government as the processing fee.
