PEOs Premium Appointment Booking Goes Through Changes

A premium appointment booking at PEO (Public Enquiry Office) is asking the applicants to make the payment of booking fee and full application cost upfront using a new online system from 18^th August, 2013.

This new process will help applicants to access the PEO appointments as well as tackle the people who are abusing the booking system.

This new automated payment process will collect the total fee upfront which includes £100 - a non-refundable appointment fee to confirm the appointment, £375 –the premium fee and the application fee.

The appointments can be managed as usual through the online account. Please note that, if an applicant does not attend his/her appointment or cancel it with 5 or less working days, the £100 fee will not be refunded.
