President Obama Promises To Bring Changes To Immigration

President Barack Obama assures to bring changes to immigration through administrative action for which he has alternatives that may have wider influence on immigration along with green card and H-1B visa systems.

The President may extend immigration through permanent residency or green card system for categories under employment, family and diversity by putting an end to the procedure of including dependents against the cap.

Besides, plans are underway to lay down amendments to the H -1B visa program by designing a priority system that will benefit US based firms or by determining limits that will govern offshore outsourcing firms. As a consequence, other firms participating to avail the 85,000 H-1B visas will find it easy.

Spouses of H-1B holders seeking for Green card are not authorized to work in USA at present. However, with the regulatory change approximately 97,000 will gain work authorization.
