Prince Edward Island Conducted The Latest Draw Of 2018 And Issued 74 ITA's

Prince Edward Island has attended the last draw of 2018 below the P.E.I. Expression of Interest system. The Dec 20 draw observed 74 invites announced below the Express Entry, Business Impact and Labour Impact categories.

There were 65 applicants called by Express Entry and Labour Impact combined, with the outstanding 9 invites going to applicants of Business Impact Category.

PEI has now attended 11 immigration draws since the beginning of 2018. The PEI province has called a sum of 1,240 skilled worker applicants and 206 below the stream of Business Impact. The weakest score of minimum points so far for Business Impact applicants is 117.

Candidates appealing below the Work Permit Stream P.E.I. should obtain a work permit of Canada and work for a Business in P.E.I. for a specific amount of time as indicated in a Performance Contract.

Following the Performance Contract is satisfied, the candidate must make at least $150,000 investment in the company and commit to running the business on a regular basis from within the Province P.E.I.
