Regulated Processing Fees For Residence Permit From 1st January 2014

Anyone who is planning to apply for an extension of a residence permit or a residence permit based on studies or work around 1^st January, 2014, Denmark is announcing that processing fees are regulated on 1^st January, 2014.

People who wish to apply before the fees are regulated need to create a Case Order ID and submit their application before 1^st January, 2014. However, creating a Case Order ID with the 2014 fee is not possible prior to 1^st January, 2014. This means that people who wish to submit their application after 1^st January, 2014, it is important that they create their Case Order ID on or after 1^st January, 2014.

In other words, the amount of the fee is determined by the date on which an applicant submits his/her application at a Danish diplomatic mission, to the Danish Agency for Labor Retention and International Recruitment or to the Danish police. If an applicant pays less than the required amount, his/her application will be rejected and will not be processed.

Every year, the processing fees for applying for a residence permit are regulated.
