Anyone who is planning to apply for an extension of a residence permit or a residence permit based on studies or work around 1st January, 2014, Denmark is announcing that processing fees are regulated on 1st January, 2014.
People who wish to apply before the fees are regulated need to create a Case Order ID and submit their application before 1st January, 2014. However, creating a Case Order ID with the 2014 fee is not possible prior to 1st January, 2014. This means that people who wish to submit their application after 1st January, 2014, it is important that they create their Case Order ID on or after 1st January, 2014.
In other words, the amount of the fee is determined by the date on which an applicant submits his/her application at a Danish diplomatic mission, to the Danish Agency for Labor Retention and International Recruitment or to the Danish police. If an applicant pays less than the required amount, his/her application will be rejected and will not be processed.
Every year, the processing fees for applying for a residence permit are regulated.
