Senator John McCain Says Next Week Is Very Important For Immigration Reform

31 Aug 2013

Immigration News

American Senator John McCain said that the next week is crucial for the immigration reform which among other things would give way to citizenship to some 11 million illegal immigrants.

He says that they have reason for some optimism that over time, the will of the people will be felt and so he remains guardedly optimistic that the House of Representatives will agree to their legislative process.

McCain said that with this legislation, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic (STEM) students will be allowed to stay and work in the USAa rather than go back to their country of origin if they want to.

He said this is one of aspects of the contribution to the workforce and the hard to quantify economy of USA.
