South Africa predicts and looks to attract over one lakh Indian tourists by 2014.

"Our goal is to break through the 1,00,000 arrivals mark by 2014, and we are confident that we will achieve this. We have just launched our new campaign, “The More You Do, The Closer You Get”,

The country’s tourism department is currently training more than 1,000 Indian travel agents and tour operators for processing documents and helps Indians to visit the country.

South Africa received approx. 80,000 Indian tourists in 2012. South Africa has 3 different types of temporary visas to allow foreigners to visit the country.
