The UK Announces Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship For May 2016

The United Kingdom Immigration and Visas have allocated 2483 Tier 2 certificate of sponsorships for the month 2016. The certificate of sponsorship is given to the employers to recruit the foreign nationals to work in their respective industries. The UK firms must Apply for the Tier 2 Sponsorship certificate if they wish to fill skill shortage areas of the industry by recruiting the foreign national.

The Sponsorship is required to hire people from outside the European countries. Tier 2 is popular via the program to recruit foreign nationals. There was much uproar in the job market for foreigners as the Tier 2 visas underwent drastic changes.

The United Kingdom has always been the safest place for the immigrants, but the recent developments from the Government worried the migrant population in the United Kingdom. The manufacturing industry and engineering sectors of the United Kingdom primarily rely on the UK Tier 2 visas.

The UK Tier 2 visas underwent significant changes the salary threshold for Tier 2 increased to 25 000 British Pounds, with effect from autumn 2016. The skill shortage areas such as HealthCare, Academic, and few other occupations are exempted from the salary threshold.
