UKBA Re-issues Tier 1 General Migrant Visas

As per the introduction of the monthly limit interim cap, UKBA stopped the issuance of UK visas on the 20th of October to successful Tier 1 visa applicants and started re-issuing now. The limit is imposed on a month on month basis to avoid influx of applications.

It is expected that the processing times would be longer than usual and to avoid delays in the processing, it is advisable to apply at the earliest.
