US Completes Lottery For H1B Visas

The United States received the record number of applications for the H1B visas for the annually year 2017. The applications intake began on April 1, 2016, to invite the professionals to work in the United States companies. The computerized lottery conducted on April 9 by the USICS.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USICS) conducted the computer-generated lottery system every year to select the candidates eligible for the H1B visas. The United States received 236 000 applications for the 85000 H1B visas for the exercise 2017.

The USICS will begin the premium processing for the H1B visas after May 16. The USIC will return the fees paid by the rejected applicants. The US allows the employers to accept the professionals who have highly specialized and whose skills are necessary to their companies.

The United States Immigration department will look after the immigration procedures; the USICS facilitates all the different immigrant classes.

USIC extends the H1B visa holders time that remains in the country with the visas and changes the H-1B workers employment terms.

Most of the United States businesses use the H1B visas every year to employ foreign nationals. The people who come here with the specialization in the STEM programs will have an edge over other programs.
