US Extends EB5 Investors Immigration Program

The US investors visa program EB5 extended till September 30, 2016. This program aims to attract the potential investors who can invest $1 million in the US for two years. This visa granted for two years.

If the investment is made in the backward zones then, the investors have to invest in the recognized regional centers.  The investment funds must be for five years. A green card issued for two years, based on the condition that the investor has not withdrawn during the visa period.

This extension of the program without any changes will be a great advantage to the Indians. As the quota set by the US for Chinese has exceeded and EB5 regional centers are looking for Indian investors.

This immigration investors program demands the creation of minimum ten jobs in the US. The extension of EB5 without enhancing the investment cap is advantageous to the investors.
