We would like to take this opportunity to thanks all the people concerned in our journey to getting a 489 subclass visa for South Australia. To start off, Pinki Singh from your Sales team helped neatly break down the process of application for PR for Australia to us in December 2013. She was positive, enthusiastic and thorough While doing a good job of addressing all our numerous queries through the initial weeks of understanding the process and signing an agreement with Opulentus. This helped us to take a quick decision and move forward. The first orientation call after that further convinced us that we were dealing with a professional agency in Opulentus as Anil did a thorough job of the complete process to follow. He was meticulous and more importantly very reassuring to talk to. Since then we must have spoken to Anil on more than a few occasions and we have no doubt in stating that we came away from the calls feeling informed and most doubts cleared. Along the way Kamal came on board and in the last year or so was our prime point of contact. Similar to Anil, Kamal was also instrumental in bringing clarity to the process particularly after we realized that we could no longer apply for PR due to the unavailability of the Training and Development position (code 223311) in many states list and later due to the principle applicant losing points on crossing the age of 40. Kamal was the Opulentus personnel that we most liaised with, and without his support we are convinced that we would have terminated our desire to move to Australia. What was also great about his support was that he was matter of fact and realistic about our chances and did not falsely encourage us at any point in time. Kamal was also the most patient with our multiple queries on possibilities, particularly as things continued to change in the application process due to changes that were outside of Opulentus control. He was also good in researching info on queries he had no answers to and reverting back with more information. Finally, the one other person who was very helpful even though it was for a very short time, was Naresh. His reply to our queries that we asked after getting the visa were very clear, informative and decisive. He was also prompt in calling us back to our further queries and helping to clarify them. If there were any hiccups it was mostly to do with some of your customer care executives who would come on the line via your phone support system. Our thought is that on most occasions, either we could not make ourselves understood to them or we found it difficult to understand them. As understanding the accent was not the prime problem, we think that it was a basic issue of comprehension. Also, there was a period about a year and half ago where it was almost impossible to catch hold of our case officer and we started worrying as we got a distinct impression that we were being blocked as there was no hope for our case. Thankfully, Anils subsequent calls would help reassure us. What was stark was the difference in level of care provided by Anil (and later by Kamal) and your other phone support personnel. All in all it has been a long journey since December 2013 and a lot of hard work and documentation had to be put together by us and reviewed by a lot of personnel at Opulentus. We would like to particularly also thank these backend support staff. As we transition to your Job Support staff, we want to convey our heartfelt thanks to all of you at Opulentus and hope that our transition to Australia is a successful one to help us recommend others who would also like to move to Australia. I took me an year to receive my visa however patience and your co-operation helped me get through the entire process with success.
