British Columbia Provincial Immigration has announced 70 invitations to apply in the first British Columbia PNP Tech Pilot draw of the year 2020.
The 14 January 2020 draw saw invitations announced by 4 British Columbia's Provincial Nominee Program categories:
Below the Tech Pilot, applicants in the 29 targeted professions will receive superiority processing to immigrate to British Columbia. In all four promoted streams, aspirants expected to have a minimum of 90 score points.

In the past draw, the province of British Columbia announced 173 immigration invitations to apply to applicants with minimum scores varying from 85 to 110 points in the opening BC immigration draw of 2020.
The 7 January 2020 draw saw invitations announced through 5 British Columbia Provincial streams for highly skilled professionals and global graduates. British Columbia's entry-level & semi-skilled workers stream showed the lowest minimum required score which is 85 points.
Skilled professionals through the British Columbia’s direct provincial stream needed 100 points score, while 110 points needed for skilled professionals through the Express Entry associated stream.
A minimum of 103 points score was enrolled through the direct provincial global graduate stream, related to 105 points score for the Express Entry associated stream.

BC's PNP draws aimed individually at technology workers which began in May 2017.
