The International Graduate Entrepreneur stream has many similarities with the Entrepreneur stream. It aims to provide opportunities to recent students, who graduate from a NS university or NS Community College. They must either start or next to that purchase a local business, and manage  it for a year on a PG Work Permit.

Candidates subsequently  get the PR nomination, when they  wish to settle in the province. The stream has the EOI format, which is similar to the Entrepreneur stream.
