The admission threshold for the applications of International Skilled Workers without job offers has been reached. Applications without a Job Offer or a Job Approval letter attached to them will no longer be accepted by the SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program). If any application without job offer is submitted after the threshold has been reached, it will be rejected by the SINP and the applicants will receive an e-mail notification about the rejection.
However, SINP offers other categories and interested individuals can review and apply under any of these categories if you can fulfil the criteria.
Criteria for the new Entrepreneur Category are under review and after finalizing the review in 2014, the SINP will start accepting applications under new criteria.
Apart from the SINP, there are many other ways of migrating to Canada without a Job offer such as the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program, Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) Program and the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) which are offered by various states of Canada.
As the PNPs of each state operates according to the state’s needs and skill-shortage, the eligibility criteria for each PNP is different. Hence, you can opt for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program or any other PNP that suits your needs.
