The immigration authorities of British Columbia have issued invitations to 397 candidates in the recent PNP draw on September 5th. It has invited candidates from all occupations.
Moreover, the requirement of minimum score was low for skilled workers at 82 points for the Provincial Stream and 84 for the Express Entry Stream. The international graduates need 91 points for provincial as well as Express Entry candidates. Finally the Entry level workers and also the semi-skilled needed 65 points only.
In The draw, held on August 29, 32 skilled workers and international graduates received invitations in the B.C. PNP Tech Pilot. This pilot is exclusively for the technology professionals and places them ahead of the queue for BC immigration. Moreover, the requirement of minimum score was low for skilled workers at 82 points for the Provincial Stream and 87 for the Express Entry Stream. The international graduates need 91 points for provincial as well as Express Entry candidates.

This Tech Pilot was extended into 2019 after its initial launch in 2017. Presently it has a list of 29 occupations and a set of relaxed duration requirements.

Moreover, receiving the provincial nomination, serves a guarantee, for selection under the EE, by the addition of 600 CRS points.
The Program also publishes the necessary scores for immigrants to guarantee the invitation for immigration. This requirement for the international graduate is 30 points lower than a skilled worker in EE and provincial streams.
